An initial registration fee of R200 is payable before interviews will be set up with our Candidates. Our rates are as follows: Permanent placements 12% of annual income (in the case of employment from Monday to Friday each week, this is calculated as 12% of 22 working days in one month multiplied by 12) Six to twelve months 15% of total income earned Three to six months 20% of total income earned Six days to three months 25% of total income earned with a minimum placement fee of R1000. If we are given less than 48 hours notice before the au pair is required to start, the placement fee will be increased to 30% of the total income earned. Two days to five days 25% of total income earned with a minimum placement fee of R500. If we are given less than 48 hours notice before the au pair is required to start, the placement fee will be increased to 30% of the total income earned.
