for a family to register their au pair for PAYE and UIF and to apply
the government's policies with regard to leave. Below are the basic

employed by a family must be registered for PAYE and UIF if he or
she falls within the tax threshold, and only for UIF if he or she is
not required to pay PAYE. These are the government's guidelines
