We use a multistep screening process: application review, in-depth interview, reference checks, childcare competency tests, and criminal background screening. Additional checks are available upon request. Only the top 5% of applicants are listed with us. We then match each candidate to a family based on skills, personality, and values to ensure the best possible fit.
We provide ongoing, responsive support and either a three- or six-month guarantee. If the match isn’t perfect, we prioritise finding a new candidate quickly and efficiently.
Most placements are local candidates, often students or young professionals.
